VIERUMÄKI SWIMRUN SPRINT

Vierumäki Swimrun is a fast-paced sprint-distance swimrun held in the surroundings of Vierumäki Sports Institute.

The approximately 5.9 km course combines running and open-water swimming through four different lakes. In total, the course includes around 4.6 km of running and 1.3 km of swimming, divided into several short sections.

The main category is a two-person Pairs race, where both competitors complete the entire course together from start to finish. The sprint format makes Vierumäki Swimrun a good choice for those trying swimrun for the first time, provided that open-water swimming is already familiar.

For experienced open-water swimmers, there is also a Single category on the same course.

The start and finish are located at the Vierumäki Sports Institute athletics field.
